Grenier Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, connecting data sources, or accepting a team invite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Grenier.

What Grenier is

Grenier is a personal relationship-management tool that reads your connected data sources, summarizes them with a language model (Groq by default, with a local fallback), and surfaces reminders to help you keep in touch with your network. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not use Grenier to:

• break the law
• infringe others' rights
• send spam
• scrape or resell data
• reverse-engineer the service
• attempt to access other users' data

Your data and ownership

You retain ownership of the data you connect or upload. By using Grenier you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data or use it to train external models. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Third-party services

Grenier connects to Google (Gmail/Calendar) and accepts LinkedIn exports. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and Grenier is not responsible for any third-party service.

Subscriptions and billing

The Pro plan is billed monthly via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Summaries and reminders are AI-generated and may be inaccurate. You should not rely on them as the sole basis for important decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Grenier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using Grenier and delete your account anytime from Settings. Grenier may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

Grenier may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
